Mohawk Park

The Mohawk Park is located at the site of the old Mohawk school.  It is bordered by a unique rock fence that has been a historical landmark for many years.  The park consists of a small pavilion, a concession stand, picnic tables and benches, a volleyball court, and a variety of playground equipment, including a jungle gym, swings, and merry-go-round.

In June of 1998, a park committee was formed by a group of volunteers to oversee improvements for the park and the Ahmeek Ice Rink.  The committee organizes and holds fundraising events at least twice a year.
